Peter Ward Obituary

Age 80, of Chestnut Hill and Galway, Ireland, October 22, 2007. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, wife Maureen (Conneely) Ward, daughter Mary and son Brian both of Chestnut Hill, daughter Michelle Flaherty and her husband Francis and grandson, Shane all of Brighton. Also survived by his sisters, Rita McEvoy of San Francisco, CA and Annie Yates of Birmingham, England, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., BROOKLINE, Saturday morning at 9:10 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Lawrence Church, Chestnut Hill at 10:00. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Friday from 4-8. Interment Walnut Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider becoming a Blood Donor. Maureen, Mary, Brian & Michelle,

Although we haven't seen much of each others families since my grandmother passed away, I will always remember the times at her home in Brookline. Although I was quite young I remember Peter as a kind and happy man who always had a smile on his face. I was sorry to hear the news of his passing. My sympathies are with you - God Bless you all.
