Of Watertown, formerly of Cambridge on Oct 24, 2007. Husband of Jeanne E. Smith. Father of Katharine Leigh Gladfelter & Anne Elizabeth Brand Gladfelter & grandfather of Gabriel. Son of Eloise & the late Dwight L. Gladfelter Sr. Brother of Frederick & Eric Gladfelter. A visiting hour will be held today from 10-11 AM in the Lutheran Church of the Newtons, 1310 Centre St, Newton Centre followed by a Funeral Service at noon. A reception will immediately follow. Burial in PA will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lampstand Fund of the Lutheran Church of the Newtons or Lutheran World Relief, 700 Light St, Baltimore, MD 21230 (lwr.org) Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home Newton Corner(617) 244-2034
