In addition, he followed the area's drum and bugle corps competition, and was early in line for tickets to the ice-skating shows in both Boston and Providence. His favorite music was of the 1940's, the Big Band era, and early "Crooners", particularly Nat King Cole. His is survived by his sister-in-law Rita Zellenka, nieces and nephews Ann (Freidenfeld) Ventura of Middleboro, Fred W. Freidenfeld of Taunton, Jane (Zellenka) Noble, John Zellenka, and Lisa Zellenka, all of Gloucester, MA, as well as grand and great-grandnieces and nephews.
