Age 65, of Duxbury, formerly of Plymouth. Entered into rest October 27, 2007. Beloved wife of Martin Bloom. Dear daughter of Ida Barr of Revere and the late Louis Barr. Devoted mother of Cari LaPointe and her husband Donald of Winstead, CT, Jonathan Miller of Duxbury, David Bloom and his wife Lisa of Plymouth and Elisa Proctor and her husband Donald of Plymouth. Caring sister of Richard Barr and his wife Helena of Bradford and Bruce Barr and his wife Lisa of Medford. Also survived by 8 loving grandchildren and 1 cherished great-grandchild. Services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington St., CANTON, Monday, October 29 at 9 AM. Memorial Observance will be at Dianne's late residence following interment through Tuesday evening. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Dianne may be made to Cranberry Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 326 Plymouth, MA 02360. Stanetsky Memorial Chapel 781-421-4600 www.stanetsky.com

We learned of Diane's untimely passsing today and we are so saddened.She was a fine woman and she made us laugh.Please know that our hearts are with you. "God gives us love. Somthing to love, he lends us."

Dianne will be missed. With heavy hearts we remember her love, smile, and sense of humor. She was always happy go lucky and an uplifting person to be around. She was deeply loved by those around her and she leaves a legacy behind her with fond memories. We will continue to love her each and every day and share her happiness with those that live on.
