George Theodore Obituary

Of East Boston on Nov. 2 at the age of 67, loving son of the late Nicholas Theodore and the late Michelina (D'India) DeRuosi and her husband Peter DeRuosi of East Boston. Dear Brother of Anthony Theodore and his wife Virginia of Ipswich, Elaine Erickson and her husband Thomas of Melrose, Marie Partee and her husband Gerard and Dotty Hoey and her husband Michael all of East Boston and the late John Theodore and his surviving wife Claire of Malden also survived by many cherished and special Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services in the Chapel of the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St. (Orient Heights) EAST BOSTON on Tuesday Nov.6 at 10:00. Visiting hours on Monday Nov. 5 from 4-8 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Funeral Home is Handicapped accessible, Children's Room available, Courtesy Valet Parking front entrance of Funeral Home. For complimentary transportation to and from the Funeral Home please call 617-569-0990 ample off street parking with attendant in our 3 parking lots. Services will conclude with George being laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery. I worked with George at the Boston Naval Shipyard in the 60s.He was always a character and quick with a laugh and smile.I last saw George at the fish pier where he worked,and the tall ships were due in,around 1994.Still a great guy!
