Dear Rosemary and Lyndon: Please accept our heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your husband and father. We suspected some thing was amiss when we did not receive his letter at Christmas. We have looked forward to receiving it for over twenty years.David Keniston told me of Lowell's passing in a new years card. It was with regret that we were unable to take advantage of Lowell's invitation to visit at Winnisquam this past summer. We did not go to N.H. this year. I thought probably next year.I should know by now, that at our age, next year may never come.
I had the priviledge of working with Lowell at Cambion for many years. I always respected him for the approach he took on many subjects. You always felt he listened and evaluated your input even if he did not agree with you.He was a gentleman and we will miss hearing from him greatly.

We offer our sympathies to the family. We have enjoyed trading Christmas letters through the years. Even though the last time we saw Lowell was at his mother's funeral we are sad to hear of the loss of a family member and will miss him.
We pray that God will grant peace and comfort to you.

Rosemary, Lynn, Ray, Bill and Barbara,

I am so sorry I could not make it to the funeral. I heard it was a beautiful service. I feel so blessed to have had him for an uncle. I am so glad he was able to attend homecoming. It was a special time for us all. He will be missed so much. I am thankful for all the fun times we shared from Six Flags, UT games and visits to Perrywood. Please know I love you all and you are in my thoughts and prayers. He and mother are probably visiting as we speak! He was such a great man and loved by so many people for his kindess and generosity. Much love to you all!

As the ranking "family idol" among the many who followed "Lowell Jr" we have a mentor and example to follow. His kind consideration of all people he came into contact with and his gracious manners set a standard for all the family and friends. I will miss him.
