It's official, Nonny... your name is there in stone now... It still doesn't seem real. I feel like you're coming back from vacation any day now.

Nonny, now that everything is over with, it's all too real. We're all back to our routines and it is even worse than before. Habits are hard to break. We love you.

The look she would give you with that incredible smile filled what words could not. Something more than a simple I love you, something filled with wisdom, patience, warmth and appreciation, something that made you tingle all over. It was the love of a great woman. It was the love that she gave the world. These days are hard not have those eyes stare upon you or that smile, but it helps to know her footprints on this world are still here and never ever will it be forgotten. With deepest love shall you live on. God bless Nonnie, God bless

Ma,
You've changed my world forever. I don't know how I will be able to go upstairs without thinking that I'll see you there. You were always there whenever I needed anything. You never said no to anyone. I remember when the kids were small, I asked you to babysit and you already had made plans to do something. I said that's ok, but you said no, don't worry. You changed whatever plans you had because helping us was your first priority. My favorite story of you was the bunny rabbit. I don't think I'll ever forget how traumatized you made me over that one. For one little lady who didn't speak English , you made a difference to anyone who met you. I'm so glad you came here to live. I like to think it was the most content part of your life. I will miss you so much. I already do. I love you.

Lino, Giancarlo, Aldo, Alfonso, Tina, Sergio and Tullio,
Our heartfelt sympathies are with you and your children during this difficult time. I know how your hearts must ache and I pray you find comfort in your memories and dreams of her.
When I think of Auntie Anna, I think of fun and laughter. One of my fondest memories of Auntie was from years ago, when we all went on vacation together (not even sure where) and she was the life of the party laying on the floor amongst everyone in their sleeping bags, enjoying her family, enjoying her life. That's how I will always remember her...
Please know that you are in our hearts and in our prayers.
Lots of Love. Gina, Jim and Emily

Hi Nonni
There are no words to say just how much we will all miss you. It has only been 2 days and it just doesn't seem real. I would give anything just to get a hug from you or a kiss on the cheek. You will always be in our minds and in our hearts. I can't wait to see you again in my dreams. I love you forever.

Nonny was the strongest person I've ever known and no one in the world will ever replace her. She was the rock of the Sessa family and I can only hope she will still keep us together now that she is gone. I love you, Nonny. See you at my wedding.
