It has been a great joy to have had Grammy a part of my life for the past fourteen years. She welcomed me into the family with the warmest most endearing hugs. I had a Grammy in my life again. The smiles and cheerful spirit she brought into a room when she entered will be a lasting memory for me. Her sweet gentle voice, prayers, and encouragement she gave over the years always made me, "Be Happy." She set the standard for living a positive life and it was contagious. As I mourn my lost I rejoice knowing that our Grammy is with our Lord and experiencing the happiness she always wanted for everyone she loved. I am with everyone there in spirit as we celebrate the beautiful life of Grammy Vera. Her love will always remain warm in my heart. Shalom

My sympathy & my prayers go out to Vera's family; I'm sure that she will be greatly missed by all.
I can still fondly remember Vera's nickname for me - Katrina- & her kind words to me when I was very young; her gentle spirit, her quiet strength, & steadfastness to her family & friends.
I rejoice that she will now have eternal peace with her heavenly Father!

To all of Vera's family.... Frank and I want to extend our loving condolences on Vera's passing. She was always a joy to be around. We have many happy memories of good times. Playing the card game, Continental, was just one of them. And, Vera always won! We know she won at Bingo a lot as well. And wasn't it wonderful that she got to see her beloved Red Sox win two World Series! We are just so sorry that we cannot be with you all at this time.
