To the Gorman Family,
It was with great sadness that I learned of Bob's passing. Although I had not seen Bob in many years, we were once very close as kids, being first cousings and only 5 months apart in age. I often spoke fondly of our times together and just last week was telling stories to Mom and my wife about some of the antics Bob and I shared, and believe me, they were many. One of the best memories I have is riding our bikes form Winthrop to Revere Beach (a place we were not allowed to go) to ride the bumper cars. We would keep the money our Mom's gave us for bus fare to go skating or to the beach and we would thumb a ride everwhere we went. We spent many hours playing baseball, basketball, hockey or football. Bob was a fierce competitor, I don't think I ever beat him at anything. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of sorrow. God has a plan for us all and we all have our time to leave this temporary earthly life. It doesn't make it any easier knowing that, but I know God will comfort you through your grief. Love, Monty

Dear Mrs. Gorman, Deb, Janet and the twins:
I was very saddened to learn of Bob's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. As you know, Bob and I were roommates as young adults. We learned a bit about life together and (hopefully) helped each other grow as well. Bob was the epitome of happy-go-lucky. He enjoyed a good basketball game either as a player or as a spectator. I will never forget that Kentucky Rain by Elvis was Bob's favorite Sunday morning tune.
With Deepest Sympathy,
