I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Olive's family. I just found out today that she had passed away last week. Although I haven't been in touch for many years I have fond memories of Olive and Dom visiting us on the Island. It was always a special time when our cousins came in from away. We had the greatest grandmother in Gert Deveau and how special a sister Olive was to her. My mom (Dot Deveau ) and Olive always had a special bond with each other.
With warmest regards,

I have fond memories of Olive and Dom's visits to PEI when I was a kid. And than just a few years back, Mike, Gerard and I had a chance to visit them when Dom was ill. I'm so glad we did. We took the trip in honour of our dad, Joey, who had wanted to make a visit before he got ill.
For me Olive had class and style. And I sense she married Dom, because he had passion!
Olive left PEI as a young woman and never looked back - though she loved to visit her friends, especially her sister, our beloved 'Nanny.'
I have a great picture of Olive with Dot, as well as Joey and Freddie (when they were just pups!). Olive looks like she means business, and again, she had that sense of style from very early days.
God Bless you Olive, be at peace with those you loved.
