Of Lexington, November 13, 2007. Husband of Frances (Hagerty) Van Alstine. Father of Geraldine A. Orloff and her husband Wayne of Tewksbury, Jacqueline Ryan and her husband Frank of Woburn, Sandra R. Mirakian and her husband James of Nashua, NH, and Roberta Uccello and her husband John of Westford. Grandfather of Nicole Ianillo, Laura Ryan, James Ryan, Renee Ryan, Sara Mirakian, Michael Mirakian, Kendra Uccello, and Taylor Uccello. Alvan is also survived by 2 stepgrandchildren, Katie Orloff and Laura Orloff, and 2 greatgrandchildren. A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 17 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON at 10am. Relatives & friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 6-8PM.
