Mom, it has been one year since you died. We all miss you so much. Deb and I have thought of you very often. Your mass last Sunday was very nice. Sloane, Ellen, Joe, and their kids were there along with Deb,
Rosemary, Bob, and me. I love you so much and I am certain God is giving you the deserving rest you need. You and Dad were the best parents anyone could ever have!!
Ciao,
John

Mom,
It has now been three months since you died. I think of you all the time. Sometimes I can't believe how suddenly your death was. I still selfishly wish to be with you even though I know how tough 2007 was for you. As always you never complained. You never wanted to bother or upset Debbie and me. I only wish I can be that good to my family. I hope that you and Dad are happy together once again. I know that you both watch over me and my family. I am sure that you are so proud of your grandchildren and their children. Sloane Ella will always keep your name alive. Help Laura in these last few days so she can also see the wonders of motherhood like you did so very, very well. I do think about all the good times also. Your fantastic love in everything that you did. How you took such good care of me, Debbie, Nana, Uncle Mike, and especially Dad. How everyone loved your holiday cooking. Everyone always enjoyed being with you. God needed someone as special as you. Enjoy the happiness that he can give you.
Love,
John

My Dearest Auntie Ella,
You have been and always will be not only my God Mother but My Favorite Aunt - no secret to anybody. You treated me like your very own daughter, always there in every aspect of my life. We shared many holidays and great times together. Times that will always be remembered and bring a smile to my face. I love you so very much and that love will always be there. I can't imagine a single day without you. It was an honor and privilege to have known you. You were like my other mother and now there is this void. You touched so many peoples lives that you cannot even begin to know how much you are missed. I'll never forget you. You said so little but you said a lot. I hope I will bring that same wisdom into my life. You will always play an important part in my family's life. Please take care and now its your turn to rest and be reunited with your beloved husband (Uncle Al) and Nanna.
Love Always & Forever,
Lisa, Mark, Jamie, and Ty

Auntie Ella,
It will be difficult not having you around and difficult to put in words the feeling I have for you. You have been my guardian angel and more like a mother to me. I will always remember your beautiful smile - so cheerful, so happy with that twinkle in your eye - almost childlike. I will miss your kind, thoughtful words and your wonderful 'sayings on life'. You had the most common sense attitude on life. I will miss you telling me to pray to St. Anthony. I know that you loved me like a daughter and took my husband, Brian, and daughter, Brooke, and gave them that same kind of love. They loved you so much also - you were very special to them as well as I. You are the most wonderful, caring, thoughtful, intellegent and selfless woman I have ever known. I will treasure you and the relationship we had for the rest of my life. You are a very special person.
I love you so much and this love will never die. Give Uncle Al and Nanna a big hug and kiss for me. I miss you all - Roseanne xoxoxoxox

Mom, I will miss you so much that it's hard to put into words. You have been a tremendous mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing you will surely agree. I know that you needed to rest so please let God take care of you now. Say hello to Dad and Nana for me! You are with me forever!
