Of Manly Iowa, November 20th, 2007 in Boston. Daughter of Vera Miller Solomon and Will Solomon. She leaves behind two brothers, James Solomon and Wayne Solomon of Omaha, NE. She also leaves numerous neices and nephews. Comments by her nephew I'man Solomon and his family. "Catherine (Aunt Kay) was a generous giver to family spirtual and material life. If there was a need to be fulfilled she made every effort to do so. Her life was to serve others regardless of religious, ethnic or cultural differences". Service Sunday November 25, 2007 at the Concord Baptist Church, 190 Warren Ave. Boston, MA. Viewing 3:00 PM, funeral service 4:00 PM. Interment Blue Hills Cemetery Braintree on Monday November 26, 2007. Departing from J.B. Johnson Funeral, 196 Warren Street, Roxbury at 9:00AM. J. B. My Aunt Kay was a nice lady who loved her church,choir,family and friends. I think when she got sick the greatest thing that she missed the most was singing in her church choir. She was loved by her family and friends.

I know Aunt Kay you are resting peacefully without any pain and that God has open his arms to welcome you into his kingdom.

My prayers are with Mrs Bush's family. She was a very dear friend of my (late) grandmother, Mrs Mable Shaddock. I was fortunate to visit her on several occassions while in St. Joseph's Nursing Home.
