She was baptized Mary Louella Abreu in 1923. She was the third daughter of Jose Abreu and Mary Fernandez of Bristol, RI.
She answered to Mary, Mae, Mazzie, Mom, Auntie, grandma, and Vava. Whatever she was called, was a cherished name of someone we loved.
I would like to thank her for being part of my life. For unselfishly watching my children and for being there whenever anyone needed her.
Her dignified presence, quiet serenity, grace and gentility was part of Mae right up to the end.
Mother Teresa said," death is nothing else but going home to God" . You are home now God bless you Mae, we love you very much and Miss you .
