To the family of Ned Mannai. Sorry to hear that Ned passed away. I worked with Ned in American Casualty. He was a young guy struggling to raise 5 young kids in a not so happy situation. He didn't have a lot of money, but he was always generous. He wasn't always happy, but he was always cheerful. He was well liked and a hard worker. I was glad to see that he had a happy marriage, achieved so many goals, and was able to enjoy his life the way he so deserved. I will always remember him as a friend.

Mr. Mannai,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Ned's passing leaves a hole in the hearts of his family and friends, but we will always raise a toast to him-at Cape Cod parties on Kenwood and Saco; on Bassett's Island; on Christmas Eve, Fourth of July, and Thanksgiving; and in Arizona on every golf course. Our sympathy to Margaret, Adam and the Mannai family. Ned was truly a legend. He will be missed.

Margaret & Adam:
I can still remember the day that Ned came into my office to sign me up as broker for his new venture - XS Brokers. I was just a young guy back then, a little wet behind the ears as they say, and Ned was one of the first guys who taught me the ropes of the insurance business. I have a lot of fond memories of Ned but the ones that stand out most were his professionalism and all 'round affable nature. Sad to say, they don't make guys like him anymore. He was one of a kind. My sympathies to you both.

A true friend and "Gentleman", we will miss Ned dearly. We shared a wonderful friendship for over 25 years enjoying golf, parties, dinner and New Years Eve celebrations, but mostly enjoying each others company. Our hearts will always be filled with wonderful memories of our friendship with Ned & Margaret. May the love and support of her family and friends comfort Margaret during this time of sorrow. We love you Nedo, be at peace.
