Ma,
I can’t believe it’s been a year already. Not a day goes by when I don’t think of you and miss you terribly. Thanksgiving this year will be bittersweet. What a wonderful day we had. Thank you for fighting as hard as you did for as long as you did. I know you were only doing it for us. Alyssa and I have a beautiful child now. I know you are watching over him. I can see your face in his sometimes and it makes me want to smile and cry at the same time. You would love him. The greatest gift you ever gave to me was showing me how to be a good parent. Thank you, and I’ll love you always.

John and family I am truly sorry to hear about Joan I wish we had kept in touch through the years,this will truly be something I will regret deeply. I thought the world of her I don't know where the time has gone I wish I could turn it back just long enough to see her smiling face again and hear her laugh I am so sorry for your lose John I know how much you loved each other please know you are in my prayers.

Steve McGowan is a close friend and a kind and gentle person. I am sure that his kindness and his love for life were given to him by his Mother and Father. Steve always spoke so fondly of his Mom and even though we never had a chance to know her personally, we are sure that through him we saw her love and affection for others.
