Thomas Callahan Obituary

77, of Wellesley, formerly of Weston and Marlborough, died Tuesday (Nov. 27, 2007) at Newton-Wellesley Hospital after a lengthy illness. He leaves his children Sarah A. Callahan and husband John H. Curly of Tiburon, CA, Christine Carrey Callahan and husband Jonathan Glickman of Los Angeles, CA, Thomas F. Callahan and wife Michele of Harding, NJ, William O. Callahan and fiancee Sarah Frank-Meltzer of Los Angeles, CA, and James S. Callahan of Waltham. A sister Marian Mee of Palm City, FL. His former wife Sally A. (O'Neill) Callahan of Wellesley, seven grandchildren Haley Callahan, Madeline Callahan, Cal Glickman, Jane Callahan, Mae Glickman, Claire Callahan and Jack Gurley. Funeral will be held Monday (Dec. 3, 2007) at 11 AM from the John P. Rowe Funeral Home Inc., 57 Main St., MARLBOROUGH with a Funeral Mass at noon in St. Matthias Church, 409 Hemenway St., Marlborough. Cremation will follow at Rural Crematory in Worcester. Burial will be at a later date with military honors in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Marlborough. Calling hours at the funeral home are Sunday 3 till 6 P.M. Memorial donations may be made to the Jimmy Fund C/O Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place, West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445
