I grew up next door to you. You were always so nice to us and we thought your car was the coolest. We´d go inside your house sometimes when your grandson was visiting and we were playing with him. I thought you were rich because you played classical music and had plants inside your house haha I randomly thought of you the other day and I had to search your name. I was sad to see that you´ve passed. Rest In Peace Mr. Rose.

My grandfather was the smartest, kindest, and toughest man I have ever known. There are too many fond memories to count. He was also my inspiration to follow in his footsteps to become an engineer.

Thank you to everyone that posted such warm wishes.

Mr. Rose,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Navy during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
