As I sit here in the middle of the night, preparing for my final exam, I find myself wishing I could pick up the phone and call you. I had a dream the other night and in it you came to me to let me know that you are in a better place and that you are ok. I believe that is true my friend. I hear songs you loved on the radio and I just look at the sky and smile. I love and miss you very much. Please continue to watch over your loving family and dear friends.

Rich,
I sit here in the middle of the night, not able to sleep, over thinking life as I always have, with no one to talk to anymore. I miss your laugh, your sense of humor, and even your smart comments. I hear your voice, your laugh, and see your face every day. I miss sitting on the porches in Barefoot Bay. I miss your great family who accepted me for me. Anytime I question the meaning of the word FRIENDSHIP, all I have to do is look at my wall and read the plaque you bought me during our vacation to Orlando a few years ago. You taught me alot of things Mr. McGuinness. You made me look at things in my past in a whole new way. A few of your "Rich-isms" made me see things that were not so pretty, but none the less very true. I will always love you and I miss you very much. The thing that gets me thru the days is knowing you are no longer hurting. Rest in peace my dear friend and remember me when I get there.

I never thought I'd have to say goodbye to you this way Uncle Ricky... I know you liked to be called RICK now but you'll always be Uncle Ricky to me. I will miss that laugh of yours and your cheerful face. I'm sorry I never went to Sandy's with you and sang Kareoke... you'll never know how sorry I am for that. I wish I'd made more of the times you were at Mom and Dads but I'm thankful I was there so much over the last couple of years. I pray you are at peace and watching over us left behind. YOU ARE LOVED AND WILL BE FOREVER MISSED BY YOUR FAMILY. We will see you again someday!
Love you

I have always loved you since the day mom and dad brought you home from the hospital. I loved taking you to the movies in Reading on the bus when you were little. In Fl we had alot of time to talk and we both loved watching and talking about movies together and I always thought I would be able to do it again. I will miss you and know that God has always been a very big part of yor life and that you are with him now.
