Of Woburn, Dec. 2. Age 80. Mother of Colette Foley and her husband John of Tewksbury, and the late John Jay Babineau. Grandmother of John Foley and his wife Michaela of Las Vegas, NV, Elisha Foley of NYC, and Justin Foley of Tewksbury. Sister of the late Joseph McHugh, the late Helen "Tiny" Fletcher, and the late Peter "Buddy" McHugh. Also survived by 1 niece and several nephews.
