51, of Manchester, NH, formerly of Brockton, died December 3, 2007. The son of Yvonne Martel of Bourne and the late Joseph Martel. Worked as a chemist for Cubist Pharmaceuticals in Lexington, MA. Beloved father of Nicholas Martel of DeFuniak Springs, FL, devoted brother of Donald Martel of Bourne and Peter Martel of Norton. Also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. His calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., MANCHESTER, NH on Sunday from 1 to 4 PM with his Funeral Service at 4:00PM in the Funeral Home. I remember Larry as a child many years ago in Lincoln R.I. at the Lincoln Community School. I was in the same grade as his brother Peter.
He was a nice kid, One you could run to for help if other older children would pick on you.
