52, of Wilmington, December 6, 2007. Devoted mother of Mellissa Ulm and Thomas Ulm both of Derry, NH, beloved daughter of the late Alderic `Al' and Rita (Despres) Babineau of Wilmington, dear sister of Phyllis Brown & her husband Stephen of Chichester, NH, Norman Babineau of Scarborough, Canada, Reginald Babineau of Wilmington, and Thomas Babineau & his wife Claire of Tewksbury, loving aunt of Stephen Brown, Jr., Joseph & Brian Babineau, Duran McNeil, Patrick Burke, and great niece Kaylee Babineau. Terry is also survived by her step-daughter Tina Rossetti & her family, Mellissa's fiance Justin R. Sweeney & his son Justin A. Sweeney, and her former husband Christopher Ulm. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 12th, at St. Dorothy's Church, Main St., Wilmington, at 10:00 a.m. Visiting hours will be at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Tuesday, December 11th, from 6-8 p.m. Memorial donations in Terry's name may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale St., Memphis, TN 38105. Nichols Funeral Home, Inc 978-658-4744

Melissa,Tom and Chris, so sorry to hear about your mom,I can't believe she is gone. I had a lot of laughs with her and she was such a sweet person. She loved you kids very much and was always concerned about your well being.I got the news today (Christmas day) and coudn't get my mind off of her.................she will be missed by all on Hovey Road and I am sure many others.She was a sweetheart!
