Roger Bevilacqua Obituary

Of Stoneham formerly of Medford December 8, 2007, passed away peacefully at age 89 at Wilmington Health Care Center where he resided for two and a half years. Beloved husband of the late Angelina E. (DiCarlo). Loving father of Maria E. Covino and her husband Tony of Stoneham and Barbara A. Capone of Saugus and Joseph Capone. Cherished grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 5. Predeceased by two brothers and three sisters. Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM Wednesday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Roger's life in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 9am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting Hours on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham. Late Navy Veteran WWII. Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
