Of East Boston, formerly of Somerville, on Dec. 8. Beloved husband for over 54 years to Rose (Pepe) Arico. Devoted father of Cathy Mario and her husband Chris of Chelmsford, Rose Guarino and her husband Tom of Winthrop and the late JoAnn Cilibrasi. Dear brother of Albert Arico of Winthrop, Barbara LaRosa of Somerville and the late Carl and Ralph Arico. Cherished Grandfather of Angela, Mark, Andrea, Thomas and Sam. Adored Great Grandfather of Emma and Jack. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Ruggioro-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St. (Orient Heights) EAST BOSTON on Wed. Dec. 12 at 9 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 P.M. Late Army Veteran WWII. Mr. Arico worked at Fenway Park for over 40 years as an usher and security guard. Funeral home is handicapped access. Children's room avail. Courtesy valet parking front entrance of funeral home. Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army duringWW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
