Maria, Ed, Jake and Mia,
I am so sorry to hear about Auntie Lucy's passing. I have such fond memories of her that I will cherish forever. She taught me a little lesson about being a helpful guest. When she came to my house for a large family event she would roll up her sleeves and stand in front of the sink to wash dishes. It was one of the greatest signs of appreciation that anyone ever showed. I now try to do the same when I go to other homes where there is a large crowd and plenty of clean-up to do. As I stand there at someone else's sink, I think of her. I was doing just that last Friday night. I hope her spirit sensed my thoughts of appreciation for her little lesson.
Love,
