Jeanette was "Nanny" to our older daughter . . . over 20 years ago! I was concerned -- as every new mother -- about having to go back to work and entrust my precious baby to another person. There couldn't have been a better care giver than Jeanette. She loved my daughter as much as any mother or grandmother could . . . she marveled at every milestone and thought this child of mine was the most clever and amusing child she had ever known -- apart from her own children and grandchildren, of course!
Thank you Jeanette for being the best "Nanny" and Andy for being the best "Papa" a family could every have. Rick and I will forever cherish what you did for our family. Jeanette will live in my heart forever.
Andy, you and your children and grandchildren are in our prayers. I know how painful the loss of this great lady must be for you all.

I always spoke to her for a couple of minutes when I was in the Stop & Shop and she was at her samples table. I last spoke to her a couple of weeks ago and she always asked me how I was. She also knew my late mother as a result of their meeting at the store many years ago. I will miss seeing her.
