Katherine I. Kenney

Of Wayland and Chatham, died peacefully surrounded by her family following a brief illness on Dec. 9, 2007. She was the beloved wife for 64 years of William S. Kenney of Wayland. Devoted mother of William S. Kenney, Jr. and his wife Suzanne E. Reitz of Wayland and Louise Kenney Egan and her husband George E. Egan of Wellesley. Loving grandmother of Julia E. Kenney, Ian W. Kenney, Tyler R. Kenney, Margaux C. Kenney, all of Wayland and George E. Egan, Jr. of Brooklyn, NY and Glenn H. Egan of Wellesley. Sister of Clifford Hopkins, Glen Hopkins, William Hopkins and Edward Hopkins, all of Cape Breton, N.S. Canada and Louise MacHardy of Dartmouth, N.S., Canada. Sister of the late Bradley Hopkins. Visitations on Friday, Dec. 14, 2007 from 4-7 PM at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Rd., (Off Route 30), Cochituate Village, WAYLAND. Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007 at 3 PM at the First Parish Unitarian Church, Rtes 20 and 27, Wayland Center. Interment will be private.
