Genevieve Bryant Obituary

Of Stoneham, formerly of Somerville, Dec. 9, 2007, age 96. Beloved wife of the late William S. Bryant. Survived by her cousins Constance W. Lindquist of Woburn and Frances Skank of Ames, Iowa, nephew Milton Clark of Portland, ME and niece Wanda Huff of Portland, OR. Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service Friday at 11 AM in the First Congregational Church, corner of Main and Common Sts., Stoneham. Visitation at the Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., STONEHAM, Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Those desiring may send a memorial tribute to the Book of Remembrance, First Congregational Church, Church St., Stoneham, MA 02180.

We met when I was serving my apprenticeship. I have many fond memories of her and Bill. When he passed, I thought that she would follow soon thereafter but not Genevieve. She grabbed life by the horns and set an example for us all. She will be deeply missed.

I was a friend when she was going to the Broadway Methodist Church in Somerville, back in the 1950's. I was saddened to see of her passing in the newspaper. My condolescence to her family and friends.
