Of Wilmington formerly of South Boston, December 10, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Burke, Loving mother of Michael P. Hanlon and his wife Ann of Wilmington and the late John F. Hanlon. Cherished grandmother of Justin, Sean and Andrew Hanlon. Loving sister of Frank Noonan of Norwood, John Noonan of South Boston and the late Mary Claire Coyne and Robert Noonan, Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from The O'Brien Funeral Home, 146 Dorchester Street, SOUTH BOSTON, Friday at 9:00AM. Funeral Mass in Gate of Heaven Church, Friday at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 PM & 7-9PM. Interment will be private US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. In lieu of flowers make donations to the VNA Middlesex East Sawtelle Family Hospice House, 320 Haverhill St, Reading MA 01867

Mrs. Burke-Hanlon,
Maam, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
