Dear Mary's children,

Your MOM and I go back to Nursing School days, our weddings (I borrowed her veil) and our first born baby girls - that is you - Maureen.

Life has a way a taking different paths and although we did just that, we stayed in touch via BCHSN Nursing
Alumnae - Ginny is MY classmate!

I dearly loved Mary and she will always be in a piece of my heart.
I so-o-o remember how in love she was with your DAD, "Tone".

Our last morning together recently was our attending MASS at the monastery of St.Clare. She told me of her illness and I told her she would be fine and die "an old lady" - "in the arms of a Grandchild". I am told that SOME of that came true!

How blessed she was with her Grandchildren. We shared a lot; 4 kids, 8 grandchildren....Only wish life provided more time to get together now that our families are grown and I retired.

Ever so sincerely,
Bobbie McAlduff (formerly Bonfilio)
BCHSN Class of '62

To Mary P's family,

I worked with your mother on Marillac at the old St. Margaret's. She was a wonderful nurse, and a great, funny co-worker. As sad as it is for her to leave you at this time of year, my memories of her always go back to holiday parties with the staff where her laughter filled the room. I know your memories of her will get you through this hard time. With sincerest sympathy.

Mrs. P,
I honestly don't know where to start....You have been more than a neighbor/friend to me; you have been my second Mother. There are too many memories to express in the almost 30 years in which I have had the honor of knowing you....ok..maybe a couple that stand out...getting phone calls from you asking me, (well, telling me), to run up to your house to carry the zillions of cans of tomatoes you got at BJ's (not to mention the largest jars of pickles I have ever seen), to getting calls to come up and have the best meatballs in the world! You and your great family will be in my thoughts and prayers forever.
I love and miss you Mrs. P.
Doug; your fourth son.

PS: Please give Mr. P my love and let him know I am thinking of him.

Nana Pascarelli

By: Thomas Cooper

My Nana was born during World War II
Her parents were older, her house was new
She has an older brother, his name is Frank
He went to school and now runs a bank

Nursing was always my Nana’s ambition
Staff –nurse has been her life-long position
Many events have occurred through the years
Some brought laughter, some have brought tears

Papa and Nana, the first house they bought
Was in North Quincy, they liked it a lot
They had four kids, the oldest my mom
And she had me first and named me Tom

My Nana is always willing to share
I know that she loves me and will always be there

Dear Michael, Andrea and Family.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Our hearts ache for you all.

"Love does not live on words nor can
it be explained by words. This is especially true of that love that
is in Jesus and comes from Jesus
--touches him , serves Him--in others.
Such love is true , burning , pure ,
free from fear and doubt. There is no greater gift than the love Christ himself has shown us.
We must love one another with the same love. "
Mother Teresa

We loved Mary Ann , we will all miss her and will keep her alive in our thoughts always.

With love ,
Uncle Peter and Joanna

To the Family of Mary Pascarelli:

I had the pleasure of knowing Mary, both as a co-worker and as a patient. Mary always had a big smile for everyone at St. Margaret's and a pocket full of pictures of her family and her grandchildren to share with us. She was so proud of you all! I was fortunate enough to have Mary as my nurse after surgery a few years back and I will never forget the care and kindness she bestowed upon me during my stay in Antepartum. She will be missed by all of us at St. Margaret's.

With deepest sympathy,
