Dear Hachten Family,
I am not sure if you will remember me but perhaps you would remember my sister, Janice, who at one time worked for you when you owned the gas station by the airport.
I am so sorry for your loss. My sister Janice loved working for you (Pat and Ron). You were one of her first jobs. You both were so kind to my family.
We too lost Jan about 1 year ago to cancer....it has been one of the hardest things....please take comfort in knowing that Ron is now without pain---Cancer is a terrible disease, it may take us away from our loved ones BUT it will NEVER take away our love.....
With deepest sympathy...

I am so sorry to hear about Ron. He put up a good fight. Because of your love and dedication Ron was able to stay strong and positive during his stay at Roswell. He is now in a much better place, free from disease and pain, and suffering. He will always be with you, in your heart and mind. The love you feel toward each other will never go away. Stay strong and positive, and always remember how much he loves you all, and how thankful he was to have such a wonderful, loving family.

My heart is aching for you all. Your family is very special to me. He was my buddy, I'll never forget him. He is at peace, he fought so hard. Now he can rest. He will still be there with all of you, in memories and especially in your hearts.
