It's been a month today since Grandpa Koehler's passing, it is my hope that today is spent reflecting on the wonderful memories of his life that you all hold dear in your heart, I hope you remember his smile and that it will bring you one of your own. Your memories are what will keep Grandpa Koehler living through you. I am sorry he is not still here with you to share your memories but he will live forever in your hearts, will always be loved and never forgotten. Blessings, Gerri Tanchuk

To the Uncle that was like a Father, I'll miss your Smile, Jokes and Sincerity. All the fun times I had with you on the road, at the farm, in the card games and the support you gave, in my time of loss. You were the Back bone of the Family. Now you can rest with your Sisters,Parents and Friends. You will be missed dearly, by all that knew you, leaving impressions of you, on all that ever knew or met you. This one is for you Grandma. I want you to know how much I love you and will be here for you. I know that Grandpa loved you so much. I wish that I could take away your pain. im sorry we didn't get to spend that much time together, but the time that we did have was great. you always knew how to make everyone laugh and feel welcome when they were around you. i'll never forget you. i love you, miss you, and i'll see you soon.

Rich, Maria, & Little Angel Christina:
Jon and I (and Braydon) are so very sorry for the loss of your father. We pray you are able to find some sort of peace during this difficult time. You both are wonderful and we are so blessed to have you as our friends. There are no words to take your pain away so rather then trying to say the expected typical statements I just want you to know that we are here for you and always will be. We love all three of you dearly and hurt for you because we do love you. Rich - I hope to get a little smirk off this statement though......maybe dad can help you out a little on the golf course now - (HA - did you smile just a little?!?!?) Take care and do not hesitate to call if you need ANYTHING. Our thoughts and prayers not only go out to you but to your extended family and friends as well.

If there is anything we can do or anything that you need, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention. Words seem just like words at a time like this and there are no right words I suppose so all we can say is how sorry we are, we love you both (and of course gorgeous Christina) and our thoughts and prayers are extended to not only you but your entire family and your friends that feel such grief right now. Maybe you'll get lucky Rich and you're Dad will help you out on the golf course!! ( I hope that cracked a grin for ya).

Grandpa, I dont know what I will miss most about you. Will it be the way that you were able to keep everyone on the edge of their seats when you told one of your stories, how you lit up a room with one of your ridiculous anecdotes or jokes, or will it be the way that you made everyone feel special and welcome in your prescence. I will never forget you Grandpa. I love you so much.
