Dear Steve, Peter, and family,
Please accept our personal condolences on the loss of Jane. She and your father were my earliest and strongest supporters when I began in government and politics.
One of my fondest memories is a talk I gave at their Church, with dinner after. I felt like I was having dinner with my own parents. In Jane's eyes, I made very few mistakes in my work - just like my mother would say!!
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Peter and Mary Jo - i can not express the feeling of loss for your mom - i usually saw her the saturday before mothers day - with flowers from "JANES GARDEN" AT 4838 MAIN- she and stuart were two of the most beautiful folks i have ever known - ( she loved teds hotdogs - i met her there many times ) she will be greatly missed by the world - i am so sorry - margaret b

Your dear family has had much unhappiness in the recent past with the loss of your parents. Even knowing that Jane could not survive her illness does not make her passing easier.
