Dear Mrs. Overton and Family,
I was so saddened to hear of John's passing. It was a terrible shock. I work in the Adult Ed. Office at Orleans/Niagara BOCES and have worked with John for several years. I always looked forward to the coming semester and having many conversations with John about numerous topics and of course, the pride in talking about his family.
He will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

I am saddened by the loss of John. He was a great influence on my life as a Royal Ranger during my youth and during my time as a Sr. Commander. He always left the door open for many late night discussions of life and raising a family. I know heaven is a better place because John is there. We'll all see him again. Until then, God Bless.

John was the most wonderful person, always putting others before himself. He was a godly man and very proud of his family. John had a unique way of making everyone he came into contact with feeling very special and appreciated. His love for the outdoors and for his country will always be remembered.
