Richard Wing Obituary

WING - Richard L., PhD Lt. Col. (Ret.) Age 73, of Portageville, died June 23, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Lois (nee Griffen); father of Judy Wing Klopotowski, Kerry, Edward and Alan Wing; grandfather of A.J. Klopotowski; brother of Dr. Kenneth (Sharon) Wing, Steven (Sally) Wing, Virginia (Gary) VanSlyke, Beth (Robert) Couch; brother-in-law of Roy (Frances) Griffen and Eileen Spear; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday 7-9 and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Castile Baptist Church, Route 19A, Castile, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 PM. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Pike. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International, c/o David Bradley, 103 Linwood Ave., Warsaw, NY 14569. Arrangements by W.S. DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, INC., Arcade.
