Mary Eileen Grupp

GRUPP - Mary Eileen June 9, 2008, age 92, in Fontana, CA, daughter of the late Otto E. Grupp and Anna Krieger Grupp; dear sister of Anne G. Steffan, Alice G. Miller, Ethel G. Shanahan, Rosemary OConnor, Catherine G. Steffan and two sisters-in-law Margaret S. Grupp and Laverne Grupp; predeceased by three brothers, Otto E. (Pearl R.) Grupp Jr., John J. (Janet G.) Grupp and Joseph V. Grupp. She was laid to rest in Holy Trinity Monastery Cemetery in St. Davids, AZ on June 21. During the years she lived in Arizona and California, Mary had a great love for helping others in need, especially the Mexican poor. Her examples of her devotion and compassion will long be remembered by her friends and co-workers. All her family in Buffalo will miss Mary and her wonderful visits through the years, getting to know all her nephews and nieces, too many to count. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 12 at 9:30 AM in the Shrine of St. John Neumann Chapel, corner of Englewood and Belmont Aves., Kenmore, NY. Arrangements by C.
