My condolences to the entire Tesmer family. I just recently found out about his passing and was sadden that he is no longer with us. I enjoyed bowling with him locally and in Reno and will miss his sense of humor and positive outlook on life.

I just heard the news and I wanted to share with Darin's family that he was a great, patient, helpful person. A long time ago he helped to teach my son how to bowl at Southside Lanes. Darin was always so patient and willing to help all of the kids that were there to get help with their bowling. I will always be greatful for his presence in my son's life because my son was able to look up to someone who had talent, loved bowling and could be a good sportsman. So sorry for your loss, I just wanted to express my sympathies and let you know you raised a great son.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Darins' family and girlfriend. I've had the privledge to bowl with and against Darin and to be a co-worker of his at UPS. More importantly, I've had the honor to be his friend. I've had a great deal of respect and admiration towards Darin since I first met him. He was a good athlete and an overall great person. He always strived to be the best in all aspects of his life and his accomplishments are a testament to all the hard work he put in. DT, you are greatly missed but you will never be forgotten.

I would first like to express my sincere condolences to everyone that knew Darin. He truly was a special person. I remember bowling and coaching with Darin at Southside Lanes way back when. He is a very genuine and caring person and a great competitor. He always had a way to make you smile. He was always very respectful and always considerate of everyone around him. What I will miss most about Darin is his awesome personality and unique ways. You will be sadly missed D, but always fondly remembered and cherished!

Tesmer family, We were so sorry to hear of the lose of your son. We lost our son in the same type of accident 2-1/2 years ago and a very dear friend told us "it will never get better but it will get different". She had also lost her son. And she was right. Alway remember the "good times" and don't forget the things about Darin that made you laugh and smile. That will help you through these hard times. I remember Darin from the time that I spent coaching him at ECC. He always had a smile for me and we spent many a day at bowling centers both during his collegiate days and many after. As a matter of fact the last time I saw him was at Transit Lanes on a visit back to Buffalo last September and as always he made me laugh and left me smiling. Darin, you were my friend and I'm sure that you have found peace. Tell Kerm that I say hi when when you meet up with him in Heaven. I will never forget you as you have left a wonderful impact on my life.

I only knew Darin in passing at the bowling alley. He always made me smile even though he was never intentionally talking to me, but he always did have everyone else around him smiling too.
