Vern made my husband and myself look at life differently, He taught us that life should lived, enjoyed, and experienced. Our Harley outings will not be the same without him, but I know that he will be riding in formation with us. I will miss his laugh,his smile and the big hug he always had for me anytime he saw me.

He was a great guy to talk to about his days in auto racing. I talked to him last at the FOAR SCORE Club Picnic on July 15. Vern will be definitely missed.
