BITTERMAN - Walter A. Of East Amherst, NY, August 2, 2008, beloved husband of the late Dorothy (nee Miller) Bitterman; loving father of Robert (Anna) and Richard; grandfather of Robert P., Michael, Anna (Patrick) Deering, Robert K., Paul, Ricky, Trina, Scott and Timothy; great-grandfather of 13; brother of the late Lorraine Seifert and Raymond Bitterman; also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Service Wednesday at 9:30 AM from the URBAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME INC., 6685 Transit Rd., East Amherst, (just south of County and North French Rds.) and a Mass of Christian Burial from St. Mary Church, Swormville, at 10 AM. Walter was a former member of the Holy Name Society at St. Marys Church. Visitation Tuesday 2-4, 6-8 PM.
