I would like to thank everyone for all the kind thoughts of my brother. The memorial was very overwelming and I would like to thank everyone for comming and for the support and kind words. Chuck and I were always very close and had a lot of fun together, and always managed to get into trouble together. We could always make each other laugh no matter what the situation was. We were always a phone call away for each other and rarely ever hung up without saying I love you. I will miss him everyday but I know he is finally at rest with my parents. I would also like to thank kathy for all her support and help thru the tough times over the years, you have been a blessing and I can't thank you enough, words can't even express how much you have been appreciated. His memory will always be remembered by all the fun thoughts everyone has of him, that is what he would have wanted. Rest in peace my dearest brother, your suffering is over and you can now rest. I love you. Mel

To Melanie and family and Kathy,
The memorial for Cruc was a beautiful tribute to his memory. His unselfish bequest to UB underlines his wish to help others. He was a very caring man. There was never a dull moment in dance class when Cruc was present. We were able to laugh(?) through the pain because of his comments. We did have fun.
God bless you Cruc; rest in peace.

To Chuck's family;
We knew him as "Cruc" here in the lab at Childrens hospital. He was a fun person and was a very open and sincere human being. I will always remember his beautiful silk shirts (we actually envied them). He made us the most beautiful cake I have ever seen decorated in real flowers, it was fantastic. He had so many talents including dance and was always cheerful dispite some of life's burdens. He was a unique human being and while his time in our lab was rather short, he made a lasitng impression on us and we have spoken of him often. I hope the dear soul is at peace. Remember; Sorrow is not forever, love is.

Dear Kathy and Chuck's Family,
I was so saddened to hear the news of Cruc's passing. He will be dearly missed, he was one of my biggest fans with the grooming of Kimiko and Eian. Now he's with his Mom and Kimiko and I know is very happy. He always made me laugh with his calls and I will miss that. God Bless you Chuck, hewill always be in my heart.
