LAGOWSKI - Richard M. Age 59. August 6, 2008; beloved husband of Charleen; dear father of Richard (Kimberly), Katherine (David) and James Lagowski; grandfather of Kain and Olivia; brother of James (Elizabeth) Lagowski; survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation JAMES E. GRACE FUNERAL HOME INC., 335 Ontario St. Friday 5-8 PM where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 AM. Rick was a Vietnam Veteran and a teacher of Construction Technology at the Ormsby Center.

I am greatfully sorry for your loss. Mr. Lagowski was my Building Trades teacher at WD Ormsby Center were I graduated in 1996. He inspired me so much, I meet with him on several occasions during my pursuit of my Bacholars in Career and Technical Education. I wiil be student teaching in his old classroom this semester and he will certainly be missed there!

i was a student at the wd ormsby center and knew Mr. Lagowski as a very nice man with a lot of good humor and a lot of good stories. I'm sorry for your loss at such a difficult time.

Rick and I met in grammer school where we became friends went to the same High school RHS and after school went in the service Both Army and both went to Viet Nam were friends when we got out. Rick was in my wedding party and we road motorcycles together. We are the same age and when I found out he passed I couldn't help thing of all the good times we had I will always remember that laugh of his it was one of a kind. I haven't seen Rich for the last of years but I will truly miss him and never forget him. I can honestly say I loved him like a brother.
