John Martin Obituary

MARTIN - John W. 61, of Chattanooga, TN, formerly of Buffalo, NY, entered into rest August 8, 2008. He is survived by his loving wife Carol (Supkoski) Martin, sons Joseph A. Martin of Chattanooga, TN and Kevin (Janet) Supkoski of Fredonia, NY, grandchildren Haley and Paige Supkoski, brother David (Theresa) Martin of Millsboro, DE, sister Molly (Joseph) Van Gieson of Kingsland, GA, and friend of Bill Wilson. He was a locomotive engineer for Penn, Conrail and CSX for 35 years. He was a proud member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers & Trainmen. Interment took place in St. Hyacinths Cemetery in Dunkirk, NY

Dear Carol,
I have so many wonderful memories of John. I can't decided whether my favorite one is the terrific egg nog he would make on New Year's or playing catch with a fruit cake. Please know that you and Joseph are in my thoughts and prayers. Much love to you both.
