Sylvia and I would like to express our heartfelt condolences for your loss. I'm sorry Sylvia and I couldn't be with you, we were out of town when we heard of the news. Rich was a great guy in every way and we will always have fond memories of him.

Shirley, my sympathy to you and your family in the loss of your husband, Richard. I don't know whether or not you remember me; we worked together at the BSCorp. in 1953. Richard and I went to grade school together at one point but I can't remember where or when. In fact, I didn't know that you were married to him until I read the obituary in today's newspaper. Where have all the years gone? Again, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
