BELURGI - Grace T. (nee Raimondo) Age 90, Of Prescott, AZ, formerly of Orchard Park, NY, August 26, 2008; beloved wife of the late Frank J. Belurgi Sr.; dearest mother of Barbara (Ronald) Elliott, Carol (William) Thornton and Frank J. Belurgi Jr.; loving grandmother of Lori McLain, William Jr., John and Thomas Thornton, Molly Fitzpatrick, Eric Thornton, Joseph and Allesandra Belurgi and 13 great grandchildren; predeceased by 4 brothers and 1 sister; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family present Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at THE HOY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3855 Seneca St., West Seneca, where prayers will be said Wednesday at 8:45 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial from Nativity of our Lord Church at 9:30. Friends invited. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley 1410 East Flowers St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Grace, the youngest child, of Carmela (Maggio) and Joseph Raimondo, was born August 29, 1917 and raised in Kenmore, NY. Grace and her late husband moved from Orchard Park, NY to Phoenix, AZ in 1962 and eventually left Ajo, AZ to retire in Prescott, AZ. While in Ajo, Grace enjoyed playing golf, but bowling was her first love all her adult life, for which she received many awards and trophys. Grace had a small part in the movie Night of the Lepus in 1972 starring Janet Leigh and Rory Calhoun. Grace was a member of Prescott Lioness Club and a volunteer for the Prescott Medical Center
