NELSON - Marion (nee Weber) August 27, 2008 after a brief illness, age 88. Dear mother of Rick (life partner Claire) and Steve (Bonnie) Nelson; loving grandmother of Christen, Scott, Christopher and Clifton; loving great-grandmother of four; sister-in-law of Jeanette Roach; cousin of Alan Dove. Friends may call Tuesday from 11:15 AM - 11:45 AM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. (Southtowns Chapel), 3155 Orchard Park Rd., where a funeral service will follow at 11:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of Buffalo and/or Meals on Wheels. Marion was born in Buffalo, graduated from Lafayette High School and the University of Buffalo in 1940.
