To our Grand Daughter-in-law, Stephanie and our Grandson Jonathan: We are honored that you both chose to introduce us to Neil, Mandy and Kahlan. We had a lot of fun times when they would come and visit with us at our house. We will always have those memories. We know how difficult this time is for you and your family. To the family members that we have been honored to meet and speak with, our deepest hearfelt sympathy goes out to you in this time of need. We carry our memories that we have for our loved ones always. Time does heal all wounds as they say, but the emptiness never really goes away. We open our hearts to all of the family in this time of need.

Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Bradigan

September 9, 2008

To my Daughter-in-law and her family: We are so proud to say that we had the honor of meeting both Neil and Mandy through Stephanie and Jonathan. Neil was such a ray of sunshine, a boost of energy, a smile in the time of need. Mandy, you accented all of his goodness, especially when you gave birth to Kahlan. Neil will live on in both you and Kahlan; forever in your hearts. To Tony and Denise: We are also so very glad to have met you and had the opportunity to get to know you both and Neil will live on through both of you also. To Kim and Brad: Neil is a ray of sunshine, a beam of light, the sound of laughter.
To all that knew Neil: May we always remember the good that Neil promoted. The laughter, the jokes, the tears from laughing so hard with him and sometimes at him. May we always remember the sincerity in his eyes and the way he welcomed everyone into his life. Neil would want us all to move forward and carry his memory close, to smile, to laugh, and most of all to joke. Remember Captain Morgan and Mr. Coke (even though I personally don't drink it) it will always make us smile because of Neil. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, ""I welcome you.""

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......""My day was not in vain.""
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Mandi, Kahlan, and Neil's family:
There are not enough words to express my deepest sympathies to you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. May God give your entire family peace during your time of sorrow and the strength to heal your pain. I only met Neil a few times through Mandi (my daughter Danielle is her friend), but he left a huge impression of himself as a terrific, energetic, respectful young man and I will always remember him that way. Upon meeting him I said that Mandi was a very lucky young woman to have met such a great guy and they were such a beautiful couple. Mandi, always remember the good times with Neil and write all those memories down in a journal so that when Kahlan is old enough you can tell her all the stories about what a great father she had. Writing things down will ensure that you don't forget not one single thing and she will always have that to read for herself when she is older, plus it will help you to heal. Take care of yourself and God Bless you all and may God wrap his loving arms around your family to comfort you during this time and always. If you need anything, please call me and I will be there. Love ya Mandi....Mommie Dee

Manday and Kahlan,
My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
Neil was a great person who always put the safety of others before his own not only for our country, but for our community. Our offfice was next to his recruiting office downtown. He always came over to our office when we were working late and sat there until we were done to make sure we were safe. Of course he always had those jokes at the end of the night. Exactly what we all needed at the end of the day.
He will be missed by all that he touched.
