My heart goes out to De and the kids, Tom was one of the most sincere and patient men I have ever known and regarded family as the center of life. I found reassurance and ease in the discussions we had at the times when work became stressful.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. Having just been through this with my mom's passing this past March I understand what you are experiencing.
