Joe, I was looking for a way to get in touch with you, and found your Mom's obituary. A lively and tenacious woman who loved you and your brothers with all her heart. I'm sorry for her loss, but so glad she was with you so long. My mom died in 1985. Love, Cecelia

Chuck, Rebecca, John, Dan and Sharon -- I wanted you all to know that there are still a number of women in the Ladies Sodality at Blessed Trinity with the fondest memories of your mother. (Many were in the choirloft, which accounts for our absence in the pews on Sat.). She was such a wonderful Sunshine Chair and Secret Pal co-ordinator, and the latter was no easy assignment with our group. I am sure you have heard stories. Even after she was homebound on Colvin, she was always willing to do our mailings, proving to other older members that there are many ways to contribute -- and saving me a lot of work. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you in the difficult weeks ahead.

Joe,
Our whole family has such wonderful memories of your mother. She was like a grandmother when Meghan and Peter were young. We had wonderful parties at your house and I used to love to stop by and visit. Such happy times we had there.
It is so hard to lose your mother--we'll keep you all in our prayers.
