Simplicio Olivieri Obituary

OLIVIERI - Simplicio Born in Santa Iona Italy on January 28, 1928. He served in the Italian Armys Alpine Division, came to the United States in 1953 and entered into rest on September 17, 2008. He was the beloved husband of the late Clorinda (nee Ciminelli) Olivieri; dearest father of Linda, Vincent (Marion), and John Olivieri; loving grandfather of Vincent, Nina, and Luciano Olivieri; brother of Ginetta, Mario (Filomena), Renatta (Pietro), the late Antonio, Giosue, and Aldolpho. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME INC. 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner of Hopkins Rd.), where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 8:15 AM and a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:00 AM. Friends invited. Mr. Olivieri was a Western New York Cement Mason for 37 years and a member of Cement Masons Local 511. On line register book at www.Amigone.com
