Ann will be deeply missed at the Arts in Education Institute. For years Ann has helped teachers (me in particular) navigate through the system in order to provide quality programs for students. I am saddened by her passing, and will keep her family in my prayers.

"You never loose anything. Not really. Things, people- they go away, sooner or later. You can't hold on to them anymore than you can hold the moonlight. But if they've touched you, if they're inside of you, then they're still yours"

Annie was a very special friend who was such a beautiful person, both inside and out. She had a warm and loving soul. I know that you all, as her family, meant the world to her. Annie shared with everyone and made us all laugh with her wonderful and funny stories. She was full of life and wonder. I know that I speak for many others when I say how very much she will be missed. She was deeply loved!

Nick,
It has been many years since our paths have crossed, but when i heard about Annie, I wanted so much to express to you and your children our most sincere condolences.
From the picture in the paper it was easy to see that Annie remained as beautiful as the first day that I met her, over 40 plus years ago.
Stay strong and remember your shared happy times.
Love, Lorraine Germain and family

To the LoCicero Family:
I am shocked and I had no idea about Ann. I want to share my blessings and my deepest condolences to the LoCicero family. I am a dance teaching artist with the Arts In Education Institute and have been on and off for about ten years now. Ann was such a great help to me and the way she handled any obstacles we had as teaching artsists was so professional and caring. She was a warm, caring person, a wonderful mentor and friend. I know in my heart she is involved with the arts in heaven! We are deeply sorry for your loss. Ann will be missed.
Sincerly,
Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Stacy Janusz (Stacy Zawadzki-Janusz)
